I placed my order on a Sunday and the couch arrived in 5 days. Everything was packaged well and in mint condition. For one person to unpackage and put everything together expect almost 5 hours of effort, but the instructions are clear. The roommates and our dogs were instantly drawn in and we agree the couch is very cozy, cloud-like, and beautiful. I did steam out some wrinkles. I also got cushion supports to put under the cushions. The fabric is holding up to the 2 husky dogs and I haven’t needed to wash anything yet.

It arrived in four compact boxes and I panicked seeing a blue cover on top thinking wrong color was sent, thankfully a note confirmed correct covers were included, really satisfied with the result after unpacking and assembly, super comfortable to lounge on after vacuuming and steaming.

I was skeptical about buying this but I'm so glad I did - really nice, super soft, highly comfortable and sturdy, love the oversized seats and stunning color, machine washable is ideal for animals and kids, highly comfortable for napping, cushions are comfortable and supportive.
